Belvedere Palace is less than 1 km away, and Karlskirche, Vienna State Opera and the city centre are reachable in 10-15 minutes via metro or on foot. A Billa supermarket and a pharmacy are just metres from the front door, and over 20 restaurants, cafés and bakeries are within a 2-5 minute radius. Vienna International Airport is 18 km away - the S-Bahn from Hauptbahnhof connects directly in about 20 minutes. The area is central and lively, with the street itself remaining quiet enough for sleeping with windows open.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a separate living/dining area with a large table and two chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, pots, utensils), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The shower is located in the kitchen area - the bathroom has no separate shower stall. The unit has parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV, heating, ironing facilities, and a wardrobe. The bed frame may creak and the bedding consists of single-sized sheets on a double mattress; some have found the pillows thin. No spare linens or extra towels are provided beyond the initial set. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with lift access. Street-facing noise levels are generally low enough to sleep with windows open.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and is free of charge. The express check-in and check-out process is fully self-service via a key code, and the owner provides clear instructions in advance. Private check-in and check-out are also offered.
