VILENZA HOTEL, London

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Whitechapel Road, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from Whitechapel Underground Station (Hammersmith & City, District, and Elizabeth lines). Liverpool Street Station is 2 km away, and London City Airport is 9 km. The surrounding area is multicultural and lively, with numerous affordable restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. The immediate neighbourhood is generally considered safe, but some parts of Whitechapel can feel less secure at night. For car users, the hotel is outside the Congestion Charge zone. Public parking is available on nearby streets free on weekends and weekday evenings, with private car parks costing around £15 per day. The proximity to transport makes the location excellent for exploring London on foot or by public transport.

All rooms include a private en-suite bathroom, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, safe, wardrobe, heating, and a fan. Rooms with a balcony (Triple 304, Family 302, Quad 401) offer a city view and are quieter. Some rooms, particularly those in a separate building or basement, are small, with limited storage and space for luggage. Sofa beds and extra beds can be uncomfortable, and some rooms may feel congested. Noise can be an issue in rooms facing the street or near common areas. Some rooms lack adequate ventilation and can become stuffy; opening windows may introduce noise from outside. The property has no lift, and some rooms are accessed by narrow stairs. Room quality varies significantly by building and room number; requesting a room in the main building is recommended for a more consistent experience.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner. However, the room kitchenette allows you to prepare simple meals and hot drinks using the provided kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee sachets. A self-service coffee machine is available at reception. The surrounding area is rich with dining options: several restaurants (Good Samaritan, Needoo Grill, Lahore Kebab House, and others) are within a 3-5 minute walk, offering a diverse range of cuisines. Donatella Cafe and other breakfast spots are also nearby. For those preferring to eat in, nearby supermarkets (Tesco Express, Sainsbury's) are convenient for groceries.
