Car hire and an airport shuttle can be arranged through the property. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and driving, with well-maintained paths through the hills and the nearby town of Radda in Chianti a 45-minute drive. Free private parking is located next to the buildings, and luggage can be dropped at the entrance before parking. The surrounding region offers historic sites, restaurants and wineries within a short drive.

Room options range from two-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom split-level units and three-bedroom villas. Each includes a living/dining area, a private bathroom (shower or bath and shower), and a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and cookware. Some units have a terrace, barbecue and washing machine. Beds are twin or double; the largest units sleep up to 7 adults. The property is clean and comfortable, with tiled floors and heating.
