VILLA ANGLIA, SMARTSTAY - AMENDOLA, FIERA, OSPEDALE SAN LUCA, Milan

Villa Anglia sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood in north-west Milan, within a private gated street. The red-line metro (Amendola) is a 3-4-minute walk, providing a 15-minute journey to the Duomo or central station. The area is well served by supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants including Osteria Del Jazz and Da Vic Ristorante Guerrini, all within a 500-metre radius. San Siro Stadium is a comfortable 20-25-minute walk or a short metro ride, making the property popular for event visitors. Free on-site parking is available but limited and cannot be reserved, so a car is useful but not essential for city trips.

The apartments vary in layout and size. Most feature a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and basic cookware. Private bathrooms are en-suite with bath or shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Air conditioning and heating are available, though some apartments rely solely on a wall-mounted split unit and may not heat the entire space evenly in winter. Some apartments are located on the ground floor (basement level) with limited natural light, while attic units have Velux windows but very low headroom in parts. A private entrance and key card access are provided for security.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no charge. Private parking is free but spaces are not reservable - allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis within the gated courtyard. Laundry services (daily housekeeping, dry cleaning, ironing, and trouser press) are available for an additional fee. Guests have access to a shared garden with an outdoor dining area and a jacuzzi. The property is secured with key card entry, key access, CCTV in common areas, and 24-hour security. Concierge services are offered by phone, and private check-in/check-out is available to streamline arrivals and departures. The structure is non-smoking throughout.
