This single-level villa features a living room with a dining area, two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and memory foam pillows, and one bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, electric kettle, and tea/coffee facilities. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels are provided. The villa has air conditioning in both bedrooms, soundproof walls, and a private entrance. The bedrooms offer garden views and the property is designed for up to four people, with a third bed available if needed. The villa is cleaned only for two-week stays, with a cleaning service provided mid-way.
