One-Bedroom Apartment
The apartment has a combined kitchen and living room downstairs with a sofa bed and work desk. Upstairs is a bedroom with a window that cannot be opened, so guests may need to use the portable air conditioner (note: its vent hose blows hot air downstairs). The living room has a sofa bed, but some guests find it uncomfortable. The bathroom is downstairs opposite a glass front door; this door and the large living room windows require curtains shut for privacy. The terrace is a partitioned section of the building's courtyard with only a waist-high fence.
Kitchen and Dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, and a washing machine. There is no restaurant or breakfast service. Guests can use the BBQ facilities on the terrace. Nearby restaurants and cafes are within walking distance in the Vinohrady neighborhood.
Leisure and Entertainment
Guests can use the free WiFi and BBQ facilities. Boating and scuba diving are possible in the surrounding area. There is no spa, gym, or pool. The apartment has air conditioning (portable unit) and heating.
Location and Transport
Located 16 km from Vaclav Havel Prague Airport. It is a 16-minute walk from the Historical Building of the National Museum of Prague. Charles Bridge is 4.1 km away, Prague Castle 5 km. The apartment is near a park, trams, and several restaurants and cafes. Free parking is available but in a public lot 240 meters away on a roundabout (not guaranteed space). Airport shuttle can be arranged.
Services and Policies
Non-smoking throughout. Pets allowed. CCTV outside property. Airport pickup and shuttle available. The host responds quickly via WhatsApp but is not reachable by phone. Check-in includes a glass front door that may need covering for privacy.
