The apartments are in a quiet but central area, a 5-minute walk from the main railway station (direct AE bus to the airport) and 15 minutes on foot to the Powder Tower and Old Town Square. A tram stop serving the city centre is 300 metres away, and a Lidl supermarket and a 24-hour minimarket are across the street. Charles Bridge and Prague Castle are within a 20-25 minute walk or a short tram ride. The historical building of the National Museum is a 14-minute walk.

The property offers a variety of units: studios (1 bed) ideal for couples or solo travellers, 1-bedroom apartments (2 beds) with a separate living room, and larger 2-3-bedroom apartments (up to 5 beds) with multiple bathrooms - some split over two floors with a rooftop terrace. Every apartment has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, cookware), soundproof walls, a dining area, a desk, and a private balcony or terrace. Many have parquet floors and stylish Scandinavian decor. The apartments feel very quiet and peaceful despite the busy street outside, thanks to excellent soundproofing. Both the queen/king beds and sofa beds receive consistent praise for comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen in each apartment makes self-catering straightforward, with plenty of cookware, a dishwasher, and often a starter pack of coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, and spices. Several grocery stores - including a Lidl - are right across the street, and a 24-hour minimarket is at street level. There are also a number of restaurants and cafés within a 3-5 minute walk, including Donuter Donuts, Viet Flavor, Kredenc Restaurant, and Kavarna dobrodruha. The kitchen is also well-suited for longer stays, with everything needed for home cooking.

The building has a lift, secure entry with three separate codes (building, apartment, key locker), CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Check-in is fully contactless: the day before arrival, you receive clear instructions with photos and a video showing how to access the building and apartment. There is no front desk, but the host is responsive via the booking platform. Luggage storage can be arranged if needed after check-out. Airport transfer is available for an extra fee (payable to the driver in EUR or CZK). Parking is in an underground garage, reservation required, costing €25-30/day with height (1.7m), length (5m), and width (1.9m) limits. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and rated as excellent for remote work.
