RIVERSIDE SPIRIT, Prague

The property is in a top-rated area of Prague, just a few minutes' walk from a tram stop and metro station. Riverbank promenades and the Dancing House are nearby. The main historic attractions are within about 20-25 minutes on foot or a short tram ride. A supermarket and several bars, restaurants, and a riverside bar are within 300 metres, making it convenient for self-catering and evening outings. The area is calm and residential, useful for groups wanting to be close, but not in the busiest tourist zone.

Each apartment features a private entrance, a living area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge, and microwave. A kettle and hairdryer are provided. Some apartments offer a balcony or terrace, but smaller one-bedroom units do not - book a larger unit if outdoor space is required. The apartments are very spacious and work well for groups or families, but furnishing is basic: only kitchen chairs and beds for seating, no sofas. Soundproof walls are fitted, though noise from neighbouring apartments and slamming building doors can be an issue. Some apartments have air conditioning; others rely on fans or windows. The overall feel is functional rather than cosy, and the level of maintenance can vary.

There is no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service at the property. Each apartment has a full kitchen with a stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Basic cookware and utensils are provided, though the kitchen does not include starter supplies such as salt, oil, or spices. A supermarket and several restaurants - including a Czech restaurant and an Asian kitchen - are within a 5-minute walk. The kitchen setup suits groups who want to cook, but guests expecting a hotel dining experience should plan to eat out.

Riverside SPIRIT does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. Leisure options are limited to what the surrounding city offers: river walks, nearby parks, and the cultural attractions of Prague. The property is well positioned for sightseeing but does not provide dedicated recreational amenities within the building.
