VLC HOST - ALFARO A, Valencia

The apartment is on a calm residential street, with the tram stop at the end of the block and a metro station a few minutes away - direct lines run to the airport and city centre. The beach is 10 to 15 minutes on foot, and the City of Arts and Sciences (L'Oceanografic) is about 20 minutes away. Several supermarkets and a market hall are within easy walking distance, along with a wide variety of bars and restaurants right in the neighbourhood. Valencia Airport is 12 km away, easily reached by metro or tram.

The apartment feels noticeably spacious compared to many city stays. It comprises a separate bedroom (two single beds can be pushed together on request), a generous living room with a sofa bed and dining table, and a well-equipped open kitchen. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with good water pressure, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Blackout curtains and air conditioning keep the bedroom comfortable, and the unit is well soundproofed despite being on the street. The patio offers outdoor space, and the washing machine and dishwasher add practical convenience for longer stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee/tea maker, plus plenty of kitchenware. This makes self-catering straightforward, with supermarkets very close by for groceries. For dining out, the surrounding streets are packed with options - a bistro, tapas bar, Moroccan restaurant, and several traditional taverns are all within 300 metres. A welcome bottle of wine is provided upon arrival.

Playa de las Arenas, about 1 km away, is the main beach for swimming, sunbathing, and beach bars. The City of Arts and Sciences (L'Oceanografic, 3 km) is a pleasant 20-minute walk or a short tram ride, offering a huge aquarium, science museum, and cultural venues. The surrounding residential area is quiet, with parks and the port (700 metres away) for relaxed walks. Valencia's central tourist zones are easily reached via the nearby metro or tram.
