Many food outlets, shops, and a 7-Eleven are within the building or a short walk. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 23 km away. The location is very walkable for city sightseeing and dining.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms attached to each bedroom, a living room, a well-fitted kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, cookware, cutlery), a washing machine/dryer, and a dining area. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms. The terrace offers city views, and some higher-floor units face the Petronas Towers. A hot tub is available in select units (penthouse). Linens and towels are provided; some units have slightly older furnishings. The property has a lift and key-card access.
