The location places you in a quiet, residential section of the Salamanca neighbourhood, away from the busiest tourist crowds yet within easy reach of everything. Avenida de América transport hub is 300m away, offering bus 200 direct to Barajas Airport (30 minutes). The Golden Mile shopping on Calle Serrano is a 15-minute walk; the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (2 km) and Las Ventas bullring are within a pleasant 15-minute stroll. Walk to the Paseo del Arte museums in about 25 minutes, or take the metro. The neighbourhood is well-served with local cafés, independent shops, and supermarkets, making it practical for longer stays. From the hotel, taxis to the city centre cost around €8-10.

The restaurant opens from 07:00-23:00 on weekdays and 08:00-23:00 on weekends, with a dedicated breakfast hours for Saturday, Sunday, and holidays (08:00-11:00). Breakfast is a buffet with a good mix of sweet and savoury options, including vegetarian choices; it costs €18 per person. The culinary concept is a laboratory of traditional Spanish flavours fused with innovation, presented in several atmospheres including a naturally-lit dome. The cocktail programme is a particular draw, with exotic and unusual signature creations prepared by professional bartenders. For lighter meals, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner until closing. The hotel participates in the Hotel Tapa Tour (19-29 September) with special tapas and drink pairings. While the immediate area is packed with independent cafés and local restaurants within a 3-minute walk, the hotel's own dining is a destination in itself for cocktails and well-executed cuisine.

The hotel's most distinctive leisure asset is its 1,600m2 private garden, planted with palm trees, strawberry trees and other species, offering a calm, green sanctuary directly connected to the building. A glass-domed area adjacent to the garden hosts events and allows relaxation in natural light. There is no spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre on site. For active leisure, the WiZink Center sports and concert venue, Las Ventas bullring, and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium are all within a 15-minute walk. Cultural leisure is easily accessible: the National Auditorium classical music venue is very close, and the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, and Reina Sofía museums are a 25-minute walk or a short metro ride (direct line from Serrano station). The garden is a practical space for exercise, reading, or simply unwinding after city exploration, with its tranquil atmosphere noted as a genuine asset.
