The Golden Mile shopping on Calle Serrano is a 15-minute walk; the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (2 km) and Las Ventas bullring are within a pleasant 15-minute stroll. Walk to the Paseo del Arte museums in about 25 minutes, or take the metro. The neighbourhood is well-served with local cafés, independent shops, and supermarkets, making it practical for longer stays. From the hotel, taxis to the city centre cost around €8-10.

Four room categories are available: Standard, Standard Garden View, Superior Garden View, and Premium. Every room features a sofa, work desk, fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, minibar with complimentary daily restock of water, soft drinks, and coffee), free Wi-Fi, LCD TV with Movistar Plus channels, air conditioning with individual control, and a safe.
