WELL DONE MONTEBELLO, Rome

The apartment sits on Via Montebello in the Central Station district, placing you within 15-30 minutes on foot to major historic sites. The area is quiet yet full of amenities: supermarkets, bakeries, and several restaurants are within a minute's walk. Public transport is excellent: Termini metro and train hub is 200-400 metres away, and bus stops are even closer. Drivers can find on-street parking fairly easily or use nearby garages (Via Calatafimi, Via Solferino). Both Rome airports are accessible: Ciampino (15 km / 19 min) and Fiumicino (21 km / 36 min).

The apartment occupies the entire third floor (lift accessible) and comprises two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a large bathroom divided into two rooms: one with a bathtub and a separate shower. Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms (at no extra charge), a well-equipped kitchenette plus shared kitchen, a coffee machine, electric kettle, minibar, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. A balcony or terrace is available in some units; confirm at booking. Cleaning is performed every three days with linen change; daily housekeeping can be added for an extra fee.

The apartment provides a shared kitchen and a kitchenette stocked with basic cookware, utensils, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine. A bakery is within 50 metres, and three restaurants are within 20-40 metres. Many more dining options are within 0.5 km, covering pizza, Italian, Asian, and fast-food. A coffee house operates in the building, and grocery deliveries can be ordered for a surcharge. There is no breakfast included, but the nearby bakery and supermarket make it simple to prepare meals on your own.

Leisure facilities are minimal. A private terrace provides a space for relaxing outdoors. For more extensive recreation, Villa Borghese park (with gardens, museums, jogging paths) is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Several small urban parks (Piazza delle Finanze, Parco del Ninfeo) are within 5-7 minutes on foot. Sports equipment and bicycles can be rented through the concierge for an additional charge. There are no pool, spa, or gym facilities on site.

Facilities include free high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a lift to the third floor, a shared TV lounge, and a safety deposit box. The concierge can assist with express check-in/out (free), private check-in, invoice requests, and arranging services. Parking is available on the street (often easy to find in the quiet neighbourhood) or in paid garages (Via Calatafimi, Via Solferino - 1-3 minutes away). Additional paid services include daily housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning, grocery deliveries, babysitting, bicycle rental, and car hire. Pets are not allowed. The property is entirely non-smoking.
