The White Marlin Inn sits in the real heart of Ocean City-a 2-minute walk to the S Boardwalk and a 4-minute walk to Ocean City Skate Park. The beach, piers, and all nearby swimming, fishing, and water sports activities are within easy walking distance. For dining, more than a dozen options (Conner's Grub & Suds, Mug & Mallet, Caribbean Pool Bar, Sharky's Grill, and others) are all about 0.5 km away. The location is excellent for pedestrians; many guests find they rarely need their car once they arrive. Parking on site is available but spaces are small and require advance booking and an extra daily fee.

Standard rooms are compact and practical, each equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen cable TV, a mini fridge, and a private bathroom with a shower. The single apartment offers additional space and includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stovetop). The rooms are on the smaller side, most comfortable for up to 3 adults. The bathrooms are especially narrow-sitting on the toilet requires sitting sideways. There are no closets, microwaves (except the apartment), or hairdryers provided. Rooms do not have balconies. Window coverings are blinds only and let in outside light; guests sensitive to light should plan accordingly. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge and linens are washed daily.

The White Marlin Inn does not operate its own restaurant or offer breakfast. There is no bar or room service. For meals, guests can walk to more than a dozen nearby dining options within about 0.5 km, including Conner's Grub & Suds, Mug & Mallet, Caribbean Pool Bar, Sharky's Grill, Nathan's Famous, TLC's Polish Water Ice, Shenanigan's, and Casita Linda. Some rooms contain a mini fridge; the apartment has a full kitchen, allowing guests to store and prepare simple meals. A shared microwave is available in the main office. Guests wanting hot meals or a full breakfast should plan to eat out.

The White Marlin Inn has no swimming pool, spa, or gym on site. However, upon check-in, guests can use both the indoor and outdoor pools at the Hotel Monte Carlo, located directly across the street. The motel does provide a sun terrace. For active leisure, the nearby beaches and piers offer swimming, fishing, and water sports within a short walk. The property is also within easy reach of the Ocean City Skate Park and the full length of the Boardwalk.

On-site private parking is available but must be reserved in advance and costs $15 per day-spaces are limited and the lot is narrow, so advance booking is strongly recommended.
