The surrounding area is car-oriented; aside from the adjacent Mexican restaurant and a couple of fast-food chains, most dining requires a vehicle or rideshare. A bus stop to the Transportation Centre is close by.

All guest rooms feature air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Carpeted floors and carpeted hallways are standard. The furniture shows signs of age and occasional scuffs. Bed mattresses are generally comfortable but some units have been noted as worn. Pillows are thick. Air conditioning and heating units can be noisy when cycling on and off. Light sleepers should request a room away from elevators and avoid adjoining rooms due to limited sound insulation between rooms. The property offers family rooms and designated accessible rooms with roll-in showers. Rollaway beds and luggage storage are available upon request and subject to availability.
