WISH SUITE CONDE DE SEVILLA, Seville

Plaza de Armas is 17 minutes on foot, the Seville Fine Arts Museum is just 700 metres away, and the Royal Alcázar of Seville is 2 km from the door. Triana Bridge is 2 km and Seville Cathedral is 2 km - all reachable without public transport. The property also offers close proximity to Isla Mágica (18-minute walk) and Santa María La Blanca Church (2 km). Taxi stands are located nearby, which is particularly helpful for visitors with reduced mobility. Seville Airport is 10 km away. The surrounding streets are lively with churrerías, sandwich shops, and cafes directly below or around the corner, making it easy to grab breakfast or coffee without going far.

The apartment sleeps two guests comfortably across one bedroom (a double bed) and a sofa bed in the living area. The layout is generous and well-distributed, with a balcony offering quiet street views, a dining area, and a wardrobe for storage. The bedroom is positioned away from the street, keeping the sleeping area calm. The unit is equipped with a TV, tea and coffee facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The private bathroom includes a shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster). Although the building has a lift, the apartment itself is on a floor reachable by stairs if needed. The overall atmosphere is clean, practical, and well-maintained.

Inside the apartment, the kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine - ideal for preparing meals or storing groceries. Directly below the building is a churrería run by locals, and around the corner there is a sandwich shop and several cafes for breakfast or a quick coffee. Within a 300-metre radius there are at least eight restaurants and tapas bars, including La Azotea, El Tio Del Saco, and Bodega Dos de Mayo, offering varied dining options. A welcome bottle of cold water is provided in the fridge. No breakfast service or in-house restaurant is offered; the neighbourhood provides ample choice for all meals.
