Musée de l'Orangerie is 16 minutes on foot, while the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe are a short metro ride away. For those hiring a car, overnight parking garages can be found in the vicinity. The building is on a busy street, but many apartments remain quiet due to good insulation.

Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and the kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and kitchenware. Selected apartments and the studio include a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the city. The space is compact; some apartments have a bed in the living area or kitchen, and room configurations may differ from the advertised layout. Rooms facing the road benefit from good soundproofing, while some internal rooms open onto an atrium. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but fans are provided. There is no on-site housekeeping service.

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and kettle, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
