The ADO bus station is a 5-minute walk, making arrival and onward travel by bus very practical. Cancun Government Palace is 700 metres away, and Cristo Rey Church is a 7-minute stroll. Cancún International Airport is 18 km from the property, and a paid airport transfer can be arranged. The surrounding streets are quiet at night, and street food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, and a laundrette are all within a few minutes' walk. The property itself can be tricky to locate at first, especially after dark, but the central area is well served for exploring the city on foot.

Each suite is a self-contained unit with a private bathroom, shower, and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, plus basic utensils and cookware. The seating area features a flat-screen TV with streaming services - guests need to log into their own Netflix account. Bed configurations vary: some suites offer a king bed, others a double bed, and selected rooms add a sofa bed for a third person. Maximum occupancy is two adults per standard room, or three when booking a suite with a sofa bed. Rooms are decorated in a modern, clean style with tiled floors. Noise insulation between apartments is minimal, which may affect those sensitive to neighbouring sounds. Floor-level access is by stairs only - no elevator.

Each suite has a kitchen equipped for preparing meals, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Basic cooking utensils and some starter supplies of dish soap are provided. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurant choices within a 5-minute walk, including La Habichuela Downtown, Cafe Nader, and 100% Natural - all about 0.5 km away. A street food market operates right across the road for quick, casual meals. The property does not offer breakfast, but guests can shop at nearby supermarkets or use the kitchen to prepare their own.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is reliable for general use. The concierge service helps arrange airport transportation at an extra cost (around $45 USD, subject to change). The reception team communicates in English and Spanish and provides an invoice upon request. Check-in is fully self-service via electronic codes sent on the day of arrival - requesting these codes earlier is advisable if arriving without mobile data. There is no luggage storage facility, so plan drop-off or collection accordingly. The building has secure entry with a code-locked gate, a locked inner door, and individual room locks.
