Rooms are simple and compact, furnished with single beds (not bunks in all rooms) and large lockable lockers. Private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers are standard. Daily housekeeping includes bed-making and room tidying, but towels are provided at no extra cost. Rooms lack air conditioning but are equipped with fans. The property dates back some time; the lift is a classic old model that may occasionally be out of service. For a quieter stay, rooms at the rear of the building are recommended as those facing the street can be noisier.

The property does not offer breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A small shared kitchen with a hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils is available for guest use, but only between 13:00 and 22:00. No cooking is permitted before 13:00, making a cooked breakfast impossible on-site.
