The hotel is set on a quiet street in the elegant Coppedè district, approximately 16 km from Rome Ciampino Airport. Bologna Metro Station (line B) is a short walk away, providing direct access to Termini Station in four stops and to the Colosseum. Bus stops within 5-7 minutes connect to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain (about a 30-minute journey). Taxis to the historic centre cost roughly 15-20€. The surrounding streets offer a variety of restaurants, including Ristorante Eleonora d'Arborea and La Bottega del Gusto within 300 metres, plus several cafés and shops. Villa Borghese and Sapienza University are within walking distance.

The pool area and garden are described as having a relaxed, bohemian atmosphere.
