Located in the Meatpacking District, the hotel is within walking distance of many Manhattan attractions. Chelsea and the Fashion Institute of Technology are 2 km away. The 8th Avenue station is just outside, providing a 10-minute subway ride to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. The area offers an excellent walkability score, with many restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby. The High Line park is also within a short stroll.

Each room features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and utensils (no stove). Rooms include a satellite TV, safe, coffee maker, and wooden floors. Most rooms have a sofa bed. Options include rooms with a private bathroom or an economy room where the bathroom is shared in the hall (two bathrooms per floor for about five rooms). The building is a five-story walk-up with no elevator, so lower floors are more convenient. Street-facing rooms may experience traffic noise. Comfort can vary; mattresses are noted as either comfortable or showing signs of wear. All rooms have windows.
