ABBEY HOTEL, London

Situated directly across from Westfield London Shopping Centre and less than five minutes from the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire and Shepherd's Bush Market Underground Station, the hotel sits in a lively hub. Hyde Park, Marble Arch, and Oxford Street are within 20 minutes by tube. Queen's Park Rangers FC and Olympia London Exhibition Centre are roughly five minutes away by taxi. The immediate area has numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants, plus a Sainsbury's around the corner. For those driving, public parking is available nearby but cannot be reserved and charges apply; an electric vehicle charging station is present. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, but public transport links make Heathrow accessible via tube and bus.

The hotel offers a range of rooms from single to triple, each with a private bathroom featuring a bath or shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer upon request. All rooms include a tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe deposit box, and seating area in most. Room size tends to be compact, especially in singles and triples, and some attic or basement rooms may have low ceilings or limited ventilation. Rooms at the front of the building can be affected by road traffic noise, including buses and night-time activity; rear-facing rooms are noticeably quieter. There is no air conditioning, so a few rooms benefit from a provided fan during warmer weather. The property is older, and some facilities show signs of wear, though cleanliness is generally maintained.

Whether breakfast is included depends on the specific room booking - select dates and check the room description for details. The hotel itself does not operate a restaurant, bar, or café, so all meals must be sourced off-site. The immediate location, however, is surrounded by dining choices: within a five-minute walk are Cabana, Albertine Wine Bar, Franco Manca, Wahaca, Zicaffe, Tian Fu, Five Guys, Zizzi, and more. The Westfield centre opposite also contains a wide food court and numerous casual and upscale restaurants. A dining area with a microwave is available within the hotel for reheating food.

No wellness facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, or gym are present on site. The local area provides opportunities for water sports and boating, suitable for those seeking outdoor leisure. Guests looking for relaxation within the hotel will not find dedicated wellness amenities.
