The apartment sits on Calle Rafael Calvo, a quiet street in the real heart of Seville. Triana Bridge is under 1 km away, and the Royal Alcázar is 2 km - roughly a 15-20 minute walk. Plaza de Armas bus station is within 10 minutes on foot, useful for airport transfers and regional connections. Santa Justa train station is a 40-minute walk. The immediate area has multiple restaurants, a supermarket, and a bike rental station. Despite being so central, the street is calm, making it easier to sleep at night. The street is in a limited-traffic zone (ZTL) with cameras, so driving directly to the door without a permit is not allowed; the nearest public car park is Parking Saba Plaza Concordia.

Accommodation options range from one-bedroom apartments for two guests to two-bedroom apartments for up to four. Each unit includes a private entrance, air conditioning, a kitchen with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a washing machine and flat-screen TV. Beds are consistently described as very comfortable. Some one-bedroom apartments can feel cramped for four, so choosing a two-bedroom unit is strongly recommended for groups. Ground-floor apartments may lack the full city views shown in photos, have blurred windows at street level, and can suffer from noise from the communal entrance and nearby bars at night. Units on upper floors are quieter. The decor is modern and clean, with parquet flooring.

Acanthus does not offer a breakfast room or restaurant. The immediate area has multiple dining options: El Burladero, Mesones del Serranito, Decuchareo28, and Bistro Los Tulipanes are within 0.5 km. A lovely breakfast place is around the corner, and two cafés are next door. The property has a coffee machine and supplies capsules, tea, and infusions, making it easy to prepare a simple breakfast or hot drink in the apartment.

A shared rooftop terrace is available, furnished with sun loungers and beach umbrellas at no extra cost - ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The terrace is shared among the five apartments in the building.
