ADINA SERVICED APARTMENTS VIENNA, Vienna

The location is ideal for rail travellers: Wien Hauptbahnhof is a 2-minute walk, offering metro (U1), tram (line D), and regional trains. The airport can be reached in about 15 minutes by direct train (€4.50 one way). Hofer (Aldi) supermarket is right outside the building, and the station complex houses numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants. Belvedere Palace and its gardens are a 5-minute walk. The surrounding area is a modern business district, generally quiet at night, with several restaurants on the adjacent square. Public transport provides easy access to Stephansplatz (3 stops on U1) and other central attractions.

Breakfast is available for purchase at the partner property Adina Hotel Vienna Belvedere (3-minute walk). The main station complex contains numerous quick-service and sit-down restaurants, coffee shops, and a large supermarket open daily until late. For self-catering, the kitchenette in each studio allows meal preparation. Note that basic cooking equipment is limited; a kitchen box with pots and pans is available for €25. Supermarket opening hours on Sundays are restricted, so guests arriving on Saturday evening should stock up beforehand or use cafés at the station on Sunday mornings.

The gym is equipped with kettlebells and basic fitness machines; it is free for guests. There is no spa or sauna on the premises. Laundry facilities are located in the basement and can be used via an app (€12 for wash and 30 minutes drying). A rooftop terrace exists but is minimally furnished. The nearby Belvedere gardens and park offer outdoor walking and relaxation areas. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a cinema at the station. The city's museums, opera, and concert halls are accessible by tram or metro.

WiFi is free throughout the property, though some areas (lower floors) may experience slower speeds. The 24-hour reception desk can assist with early/late check-in, luggage storage, and taxi orders. Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out free of charge. Laundry requires downloading an app and paying on the spot; machines are in the basement. Parking is not on-site: public parking (€3.50/hour, no reservation) and a garage (€29/day) are next door. Pets are allowed with a €20 per day charge. The building is wheelchair accessible with lifts, grab rails, and a lowered bathroom sink. Safety features include key card access, CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and a safe in each room. Cots can be provided on request.
