The property sits in a quiet street in the Macarena neighbourhood, a 15-20 minute walk from the cathedral, Real Alcázar and Plaza de España. The Alcázar, La Giralda and Santa Cruz district are all within easy reach. For car-free travel, bus stops (C5, C1, C2) are within a 5-minute walk; a single bus fare is €0.35 with a rechargeable card. Several tapas bars, bakeries and a supermarket are on the doorstep.

Each room is a self-contained apartment with kitchenette, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and utensils. All have private bathrooms with bath, shower and bidet, free toiletries, flat-screen TV, heating, parquet floors, and ironing equipment. The rooms are large-some have a jacuzzi bathtub, double vanity, or a private entrance. Room size and layout (number of beds) varies; one room is noted as having a very small double bed (140 cm). Light sleepers may notice noise from flamenco school or other rooms due to limited sound insulation, so interior-facing courtyard rooms are quieter. Some rooms are darker due to narrow street views. Temporary electric or water issues have been reported.
