RESIDENZA OGNISSANTI, Florence

The residence sits on a quiet street in the Ognissanti area, just off the Arno river. Florence's main train station (Santa Maria Novella) is a 7-minute walk, making arrival by rail simple. The Duomo and major museums are 10-20 minutes on foot. The Florence Airport (FLR) is 9 km away and reachable by tram (about 30 minutes). A paid parking garage is located within 100 metres, but the area is pedestrian-friendly for most sightseeing. Several restaurants, cafés, and a bakery are within a 2-minute walk.

The property offers double rooms and quadruple rooms (with 2 beds), all with private bathrooms. One double room has the bathroom outside the room (private but external). Rooms are spacious and clean, with daily servicing including towel changes and coffee capsule replenishment. Some rooms open onto a small balcony. Storage includes a wardrobe, desk, and safe. The building is a typical 19th-century Florentine apartment with no soundproofing, so some street-facing rooms experience noise. Heating and air conditioning are provided.

Breakfast is not served at the residence. The kitchenette in the room is limited to an electric kettle for coffee/tea. The surrounding streets offer many restaurants, pizzerias, and bakeries within a 2-minute walk, including Bar Pasticceria Piccioli and Il Profeta. Those wanting a full breakfast can easily find cafés nearby.
