The Messezentrum exhibition centre, the Prater amusement park, and the WU campus are only a few minutes away on foot, making the location particularly suitable for conference visitors, marathon runners, and business travellers. A supermarket (Eurospar, Lidl) is directly across the street, and casual restaurants such as Stuwer - Neues Wiener Beisl are within a 5-minute walk. The VAL3 bus stop to Vienna Airport is also nearby, and the Danube bike and jogging trails start right outside the door.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, making it easy to prepare your own meals.
