Bologna Centrale station is a 20-minute walk away; the airport is about 20 minutes by taxi (€20) or via the Marconi Express monorail. The surrounding area is car-free and best explored on foot. Trams and city buses are within easy walking distance, and plenty of dining options are steps from the door.

Rooms are compact but functional, with a double or twin configuration and a wardrobe (no drawers). Classic double rooms have a walk-in shower; other bathrooms include a bath or shower and bidet. Junior suites add tea and coffee facilities and a separate seating area. However, the property overall shows its age: some fittings can feel tired or worn, and soundproofing between rooms and from the street is limited - light sleepers should request a quieter internal room. Daily housekeeping is included, and safety deposit boxes are provided.

The breakfast spread includes freshly brewed coffee and cappuccino, sweet pastries, cheeses and cold cuts. Special diet menus can be requested. The breakfast room is small, so space can be limited at peak times. Snacks and drinks are also available at the on-site snack bar.
