The hotel is situated on a quiet internal street yet is within easy walking distance of all major landmarks. Bologna Central Station is about 12 minutes on foot, and the airport bus (BLQ Aerobus) stops on Via Indipendenza, a few minutes' walk away, making the transfer from the airport straightforward. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and bars, particularly along Via Indipendenza. For car travel, the hotel is inside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL); you must inform the hotel of your licence plate on arrival to access it. The nearest public car park is a 3-minute walk away. Despite the central position, the street itself is relatively calm, though some rooms near the lift or facing internal light wells can experience noise.

The property offers 18 rooms and apartments, with double, triple, and single options plus studio apartments sleeping up to 4. Standard rooms are generally compact, especially the single rooms. Apartments are located in an annex a few metres from the main building, with a lift available. All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, digital TV, minibar, and free Wi-Fi. Apartments also feature a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric kettle and cookware (kitchen use incurs a €50 deposit and a final cleaning fee).
