The apartment sits on a pedestrian street directly behind the Duomo, placing major sights within a five-minute walk. The Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Gallery are less than 1 km away. Florence Santa Maria Novella station is a 10- to 15-minute walk, with taxis available for about €10. The area is entirely pedestrianised in the centre, so driving is not recommended. A grocery store is across the street, and several restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The immediate proximity to the Duomo means church bells are audible during the day, and the surrounding streets are lively.

Each apartment is individually styled across different nearby buildings (within 100 m). All units feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and kitchenware. Rooms have private bathrooms with a shower and bidet, and most have parquet or tiled floors. The Teatro apartment offers a private balcony with a panoramic view of the Duomo dome and Giotto's bell tower and sleeps four with two bathrooms. The Panoramic apartment (two-bedroom, sleeps six) has cathedral-facing windows. Other apartments face the courtyard and are quieter. Some units have a separate living room and bedroom with a door for privacy. Bed configurations include double beds and sofa beds; twin beds are not available. Apartments are on different floors (first to third) with a lift serving most - but the third-floor balcony apartment requires two additional stair flights. The apartment decor combines antique furniture with modern amenities, creating a homely Italian feel. Rooms can feel cosy and are well suited for couples or families who spend most of the day exploring rather than in the apartment. Light sleepers in front-facing units may want to request a courtyard-facing apartment.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site. The fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven in some units) allows guests to prepare meals. A minimarket across the street sells groceries, fresh produce, and essentials. Several restaurants, including trattorias, bistros, and cafés, are within a few minutes' walk on the same street.
