The hotel is 10-15 minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella train station and 1 km. All central attractions - Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio - are within a 15-minute walk. The airport tram stop is similarly accessible via the train station. Numerous restaurants and shops line the surrounding streets. The building also houses an unaffiliated rooftop bar offering panoramic views of the Duomo and Bell Tower.

Rooms range from compact singles to triples with a double and a single bed. All have private bathrooms with shower; bathroom sizes vary, and some showers are small. Beds are firm. The furniture is older but functional. Noise levels depend on location: rooms facing the courtyard are quieter, while street-side rooms may hear bell tower chimes and street activity. Windows can be opened. There is no refrigerator in rooms, but the bar can store drinks and medications. Rooms are non-smoking; a designated smoking area is available.

The buffet includes bread, pastries, cereals, boiled eggs, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, and coffee from a machine. Some items are dispensed from machines. Gluten-free options are available on request. Breakfast boxes can be prepared for early departures. There is no on-site restaurant or room service.
