The hotel is in the business and commercial district, 10 minutes by car from the Corniche, 11 minutes from Louvre Abu Dhabi, and 20 minutes from ADNEC, Yas Island, and Ferrari World. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a 30-minute drive (taxi ~120 AED). Bus stops are directly outside, with line A1 providing airport access. No hotel shuttle is available. Parking is limited to paid on-street spaces (15 AED per day) that are difficult to find in the evening; driving is not recommended for those without a parking plan.

Rooms are air-conditioned with city or sea views; some are designated smoking rooms. Furniture and carpets show signs of age, and cleanliness has been inconsistent. Soundproofing is poor - rooms on upper floors (15th-16th) pick up loud bass from the nightclub until early morning, while lower floors hear street noise. Windows do not open in all rooms, and older units may have drafty AC. No balcony or microwave. The kitchenette lacks plates, cutlery, and cookware despite being advertised as a full kitchen. Request a lower floor for a quieter stay.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with Indian cuisine options, instant coffee served in small paper cups, and limited warm dishes. No self-service coffee station. Room service is available. The hotel also operates a pizzeria, a sports bar, a European bar, and the Khorsho nightclub (Russian-style bar with DJ, open 7pm-3am). Drinks and entrance to the bars are not complimentary; the nightclub may charge an admission fee even for hotel residents. Half-board options include breakfast plus lunch or dinner.

The gym is small but well-equipped and free for all guests. A Thai spa offers massages and wellness services - prices depend on the treatment chosen and are not included. Evening entertainment (live music, DJ performances) and nightclub access carry an extra charge. There is no swimming pool, sauna, or jacuzzi. Billiards and darts are free to use.
