The Central Bus Station is a short walk or two stops away, with buses to the airport, Dubai, and Ferrari World. Several restaurants (Beijing Restaurant, Calicut Notebook, Bombay Chowpatty, and others) are within 0.5 km. The beach promenade is walkable in about 20 minutes. The area is active into the night; light sleepers may benefit from earplugs or rooms on higher floors away from street noise.

Rooms feature carpeted or tiled floors, a wardrobe, seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Some rooms have a king-size bed; rooms can feel compact. The rooms are simply furnished but include a kettle, tea/coffee supplies, and daily housekeeping.
