ALGUERA APARTMENTS SANT ANDREU, Barcelona

Located in the Sant Andreu district, the apartments sit 100 metres from Sant Andreu Metro Station (line L1), connecting to Plaza Catalunya in about 20 minutes. A train station within a 5-minute walk provides a 35-minute direct link to Barcelona El Prat Airport, while buses passing 2 minutes away connect to various city points. The area has several bars, restaurants, and shops within a 5-minute walk, and La Maquinista shopping centre is 10 minutes on foot. The beach is a 10-minute drive away, and the neighbourhood is well served by supermarkets such as Lidl and Mercadona, making daily errands convenient.

Each apartment offers a living area with a plasma TV, DVD player, sofa bed, and dining table. Kitchens come equipped with a kettle, oven, microwave, hob, and basic cookware. Bedrooms vary: typical layouts include a double, a single, and a twin room, plus two bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower). Most units have a balcony or terrace with city views. The apartments are generally spacious for groups of up to 5-6 people, although some furnishings may show wear. The sofa bed can be unstable, and some beds may creak. Noise from the street and from a restaurant below can be noticeable, particularly in lower-floor apartments.

Each apartment's kitchen is equipped for meal preparation, including a kettle, oven, microwave, hob, and cookware. The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or café on site. However, the surrounding area provides a wide choice of dining within a short walk: Cafe Gardenia, Gala Restaurant, La Bruixa, Restaurante Marin, L'antic Colmado, Pura Brasa Sant Andreu, Sapri Pizza, and Ikaro are all within 0.5 km. Nearby supermarkets (Lidl, Mercadona) are also convenient for stocking the kitchen.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas. The building has a lift and is non-smoking throughout. Family rooms are available, and pets are allowed on request at no extra cost. Reception services include invoice provision. Access is managed through a keyless app, which many find convenient. There is no on-site parking (BSM public parking is nearby), no restaurant, no spa, and no swimming pool. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and ironing equipment.
