The apartment is on the first floor in a prime beachfront position, just a 4-minute walk from La Pinta Beach and within 15 minutes on foot from Siam Park. Aqualand is 800 metres away, and Tenerife South Airport is 19 km. The surrounding area is flat and easily walkable, with shopping for souvenirs and groceries, and numerous restaurants and bars all within a few hundred metres. Parking is available on site (€10 per stay) and no reservation is needed.

The studio has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to three guests. It includes a private bathroom with bath and bidet, a kitchenette fitted with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. The living area features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and the balcony provides a partial side sea view and outdoor furniture. An iron and ironing board, safe, and complimentary toiletries are provided. Daily housekeeping is not included; the apartment is cleaned to a high standard before arrival and extras such as washing-up liquid and pool towels are supplied.

The complex features three outdoor swimming pools: two are heated year-round to 24-26°C, including a children's pool; the third is not heated. The fenced pool area offers a pool bar, and beach access is direct from the property. Surrounding activities include scuba diving, windsurfing, a golf course within 3 km, and a water park.
