PARK GUELL, Barcelona

The apartment sits in the Carmel district on a hillside, providing panoramic views of the city. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 18 km away (about 35 minutes by car). Sagrada Familia is 4 km, La Pedrera and Passeig de Gracia are 6 km away. The immediate area includes several bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and a supermarket is located directly below the building. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet at night, but the steep hill requires effort on foot. Public transport is the most practical way to reach the city centre, with frequent buses to Plaça de Catalunya. Parking in the area is very limited and not recommended.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 people across three bedrooms: one double and one with bunk beds. The property has electric heaters in each room. The main living room has a flat-screen TV and a dining area. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer, with a washing machine also available. Air conditioning is only in the living room. All windows in the bedrooms and bathroom face an internal lightwell, meaning the only window with an external view is in the living room. The shared rooftop terrace provides city views but requires walking up two more flights of stairs.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment at no extra charge. The property offers a private entrance and a private check-in and check-out process using codes. The shared rooftop terrace is accessible from the stairwell. A washing machine is in the bathroom. Smoking is not allowed inside, and there is a designated smoking area on the street. Fire extinguishers are provided for safety. No daily housekeeping is included; guests are expected to manage basic tidying during their stay.
