Bedrooms offer comfortable beds with quality linens, wardrobes, and a safe. Bathrooms are private and newly fitted with walk-in showers, bidets, hairdryers and free luxury toiletries. No wellness or leisure facilities are available on site. The hotel's strength is its central location for sightseeing: Brera Art Gallery (2 km), La Scala (2 km), the Duomo (2 km) and the city's botanical gardens are all within a 20-minute walk. The area around Porta Venezia offers a vibrant scene of bars, cafés and restaurants, including several gay/mixed venues, making it easy to find evening entertainment. Public transport connections are excellent for reaching further landmarks, Lake Como day trips or the Expo area.

Free and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartments. A luggage storage facility is offered at an additional charge, which is especially useful for late-departure flights. Daily housekeeping is included and covers tidying, towel changes and replenishment of toiletries, coffee and tea. The property has a lift serving all floors, key card access, CCTV, smoke alarms and a security safe in the room. Laundry service (with washing machine available in select apartments) and concierge assistance are provided for an extra fee. There is no on-site parking and no airport shuttle. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00; arrivals outside these hours use a self-check-in process via a key code - the host communicates detailed instructions in advance.
