Located in the vibrant Brera district, the hotel sits on a pedestrianised street lined with restaurants, bars, and cafés. The Moscova Metro stop (M2 green line) provides a direct two-stop connection to Milano Centrale station and a three-stop connection to Cadorna station. Many of Milan's key landmarks, including Castello Sforzesco (10-minute walk), Corso Como, and Piazza Gae Aulenti, are within easy walking distance. The location works well both for exploring on foot and for using public transport.

The rooms include en suite bathrooms with a bath or shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer. While some rooms have a dated decor and older fixtures, they are generally clean and functional with a desk, wardrobe, and electric kettle. A minibar is also provided. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter, while those overlooking Corso Garibaldi can be noisy, especially at night. Soundproofing is limited, and street-facing rooms are less suitable for light sleepers. The property offers family rooms with three beds, as well as triple rooms. Air conditioning is available but operates on a timer; this may require adjustment for summer comfort.

Housekeeping is provided daily, though some rooms may require a request for servicing. Luggage storage is offered free of charge, allowing guests to explore after check-out. A paid shuttle service can be arranged for local transport; airport shuttle is not available.
