BNBUTLER - INBRERA SUITES - GIULIANOVA, 1, Milan

The property sits on Via Giulianova in Milan's Brera district, within a 4-minute walk to Arena Civica and less than 1 km from Brera Art Gallery. Sforzesco Castle and the Parco Sempione park are an 8-minute stroll, while the Duomo is a 20-minute walk. The Lanza metro station (green line) and a tram stop are steps away, offering direct connections from Milan Central Station (15 minutes, 4 stops on the green line). The area is dense with bars, restaurants, and shops; however, street-level noise from trams and traffic is constant due to four tram lines passing every 1-2 minutes from early morning until late night. Road-facing rooms in particular experience vibration and sound, making the location better suited for travellers prioritising central access over quiet rest.

Each room includes a private bathroom with shower and bidet, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, a minibar, a wardrobe, and a safe deposit box. All rooms are situated in a basement-level converted garage, meaning windows face the street at pavement level and provide no direct sunlight or view. The windows are frosted or have partial blinds, limiting privacy and light. Soundproofing is minimal, with thin walls allowing noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms. The location directly beside tram lines means noise and vibration are a near-constant part of the stay. Rooms are compact but practical; beds are comfortable for short stays, and daily housekeeping is provided. The unit types available include double rooms with one bed and suites with a separate living room and kitchenette.

The property does not offer breakfast or a restaurant, but each room includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a dining table for self-catering. Coffee, tea, and water are provided in the room. Within a 2-minute walk, guests find a cluster of dining options including Temakinho Milan Brera (0.5 km), Tigella's, Osteria dei Poeti, Al Matarel, and several cafes such as Moleskine Cafe and Garibaldi Creme. The Brera neighbourhood is known for its restaurant scene, with choices for most cuisines and budgets.

The property does not feature a pool, spa, gym, or other leisure amenities. The nearby Parco Sempione and Arena Civica offer outdoor recreation within a short walk.
