The free winter shuttle stops at the building to take you directly to the ski base, and a public bus stop is just outside. The village offers a wide variety of restaurants within 0.5 km, including Pizzeria Antico, Elements, and Mount Currie Coffee Company. Nicklaus North Golf Course is a 5-minute drive. Access from Vancouver is via the scenic Sea-to-Sky Highway (BC-99 N). Airport shuttles from YVR take roughly 2.5-3 hours and cost CAD 35-100 per person one-way.

Queen deluxe units are studios with a queen bed and a queen Murphy bed. One-bedroom suites have a separate bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people; two-bedroom suites can sleep up to 5. Some units offer mountain views from the balcony. Rooms near the elevator on the 5th floor can experience mechanical noise. The air conditioning can be loud. Decor is functional and clean, with triple sheeting and ongoing upgrades. For more space, choose a one-bedroom suite over a queen studio with a Murphy bed.

Kitchens are equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, and dining area. A grocery store is nearby for self-catering. Restaurants within 0.5 km include Pizzeria Antico, Elements Urban Tapas Parlour, Sachi Sushi, Tandoori Grill, and Domino's Pizza. Breakfast is not offered at the property; guests can prepare their own or visit a café.

The outdoor pool and hot tub operate throughout the year, with a brief closure in autumn for maintenance. The sauna and fitness centre provide additional relaxation and workout options. A free winter shuttle runs from the building to the base of Whistler Blackcomb, simplifying access to skiing and snowboarding.

Luggage storage is available from 09:00. Late arrivals receive door codes for self-check-in after 22:00. The on-site parking garage has a 6'8'' height limit and narrow spaces; alternative public parking is a 3-5 minute walk away. Guest laundry uses coin-operated machines (CAD 2.50 per load). No BBQ is allowed. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit at check-in.
