Creekside itself offers a quieter atmosphere than the main village, while still providing direct access to hiking, biking, and lake activities. The property is 100 km from Vancouver Coal Harbour Seaplane Base.

Units range from one-bedroom apartments suitable for couples to spacious three-bedroom lofts that can comfortably accommodate families of up to six adults. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, plus a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV. Each unit has a private bathroom with either a bath or shower and free toiletries. A gas fireplace is standard in every apartment, and some units feature high ceilings and modern, freshly renovated interiors. A washing machine and dryer are available in many units. Ground-floor apartments offer a patio with direct pool access. Note that no rooms have a balcony.
