A private water taxi can drop you at the nearby Santa Maria Formosa canal, 3 minutes from the hotel. The surrounding streets offer authentic local atmosphere, with less tourist density than directly at San Marco, while still being within a 15-minute walking radius of all major sights such as the Rossini Theatre, Opera House, and St. Mark's Basilica.

Rooms range from classic doubles to quadruple configurations and family suites, with the latter offering two connecting rooms and a shared bathroom. All double rooms have private en suite bathrooms; a few classic doubles also have a fridge available upon request. Superior doubles include a mini-bar.
