Several supermarkets (Albert, Lidl, Penny), the Arkády shopping mall, and local cafés and bars are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. For those driving, the hotel is near main roads and offers gated parking. The location is particularly convenient for visits to the Pankrác business district and the Roztyly bus station.

Single and double rooms are available, each with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rooms include a wardrobe, desk, sofa, carpeted floor, and heating. No air conditioning is installed, which can make rooms hot in summer; opening windows is the only cooling option. Sound insulation between rooms is limited, and the elevator noise can be audible, so rooms away from the lift are preferable for light sleepers.
