ANGGUN RESIDENCES LUXE, Kuala Lumpur

The property sits in a well-connected central area with easy access to the Medan Tuanku monorail station for city-wide transit and onward connections to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (23km). Major landmarks like Petrosains and Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery are also close by. The surrounding streets offer a variety of dining options within a few minutes' walk: Limapulo Baba Can Cook, Syed Bistro, and Cafe Magpie are all about 0.3-0.5km away. Ride-hailing services are easy to arrange, making the location practical for both sightseeing and business visits.

Each apartment type includes a private entrance, air conditioning, soundproof walls, a private bathroom with shower and bidet, free toiletries, and a washing machine. The kitchen comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware - along with a barbecue for outdoor cooking. All units have a flat-screen TV with streaming services (including Netflix), and many feature mountain views. Bed configurations vary from a single bed plus a futon to three beds or four beds in the studio layout, so travellers can choose based on group size. Some units also offer a dedicated dressing area, parquet or carpeted flooring, and a workspace. Road-facing apartments receive more street noise, while the high floor levels (starting from the 11th) help minimise it.

The kitchen setup makes self-catering straightforward: prepare meals using the provided utensils and store groceries in the refrigerator. For those preferring to dine out, over a dozen eateries are within 0.3-0.5km, including Limapulo Baba Can Cook (0.3km), Syed Bistro (0.3km), and Cafe Magpie (0.5km). Nearby shopping complexes such as Quill CityMall and Sogo offer additional dining and grocery-stocking options. A grocery-delivery service is also available for an extra charge, convenient for longer stays or families.

The outdoor infinity pool is open all year and features a shallow end suitable for children, along with pool views that extend over the surrounding area. The fitness centre includes modern equipment and the sauna and hot tub are available at no extra cost. For a light game, the squash court can be booked at an additional charge. The children's playground is kept open and ready for use, making the leisure facilities well-suited for family stays.

Parking is practical: each apartment receives one free secure spot inside the building; a second car can be registered for free visitor parking depending on availability or parked outside. The property provides an airport shuttle for an extra charge, which should be pre-booked. Self check-in is available from 15:00 onward (including very late arrivals when booked in advance), and check-out is at 12:00. There is no deposit required. Meeting/banquet facilities are available for a fee, and an invoice is provided at reception. The building has multiple levels, with the lowest apartment on the 11th floor.
