Two subway lines (Toei Asakusa Line and Tokyo Metro Ginza Line) are within a 5-6 minute walk, providing seamless connections to Shibuya, Ueno, and both airports without transfers. The area is full of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and the Megadon Quijote. At night, the street remains calm and safe. The Tokyo SkyTree is visible from higher floors. Public parking is available on-site for 3000 JPY per night.

Rooms are approximately 11 m2 (single and double) and are efficiently designed: a 140 cm bed (single/double rooms) or two 120 cm beds (deluxe twin).
