Situated in the city centre, the hotel is 19 km from Tokyo Haneda Airport and close to multiple metro stations, including Awajicho and Ogawamachi (a few minutes' walk). Kanda Station on the JR Yamanote Line is an 8-minute walk, providing direct access to Tokyo Station and Akihabara. The neighbourhood is quiet but well-served, with a 7-Eleven on the corner and several restaurants within a 0.5 km radius. The area is walkable and convenient for exploring central Tokyo, including Jimbocho Book Town and the Maid Cafe district.

The accommodation consists of single capsules arranged in dormitory-style rooms, separated by gender. Each capsule has a curtain for privacy, a small fan to regulate temperature, a reading light, and a locker for valuables (phones/wallets). The mattress is consistently described as comfortable, with a good comforter and all bedding included. Pods are compact; the ceiling height inside is roughly 70 cm, making it difficult to sit upright. Upper pods are accessed via a straight, narrow ladder - booking a lower pod is advisable for ease of movement and luggage access. Shared bathrooms and showers are located next to the dorm. The pods themselves are clean, with toiletries and towels provided.

The property does not offer a restaurant, bar, or shared kitchen. A 7-Eleven convenience store with an ATM, good prepared food, and drinks is right next door. Several ramen, yakitori, and other restaurants are located within a 0.5 km radius, including Toripota Ramen Thank Ochanomizu and Shimbashi Yakiton Kanda Ogawamachi. Meals can be easily obtained from the surrounding area and eaten in the small common area or on the terrace.

The leisure experience centres on the extensive collection of manga, which includes a large number of English-translated volumes available for reading in the pods or common area. There is a small balcony/terrace with seating. On the ground floor, live concerts are sometimes held (paid entrance). The property is quiet at night, making it suitable for reading and relaxing. No pool, spa, gym, or other wellness facilities are present.

Wi-Fi is free and accessible throughout the property. Check-in and check-out are handled via a self-service tablet/phone call - no staff is present on-site. A small safety box with a lock is available on the 5th floor for valuables. Free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, razors, toothbrushes, combs) and hairdryers are provided. Towels and slippers are included. There is no laundry service; a coin laundry shop (Pierrot) is a 5-7 minute walk away. Luggage can be stored under the bed during the stay but not before check-in (from 12:00) or after checkout. The lift provides access to upper floors, and 24-hour security with key card access is in place. No parking is available. The property is non-smoking throughout.
