The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of the Iriya gate exit of Ueno Station, providing easy access to the Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro, and Keisei Ueno for the Narita Express. Ueno Park is 15 minutes on foot, and the Ameyoko Shopping Street is a 10-minute walk. Asakusa is reachable in around 20 minutes. The immediate area offers numerous restaurants, convenience stores (7-11 and Family Mart), and a variety of dining options from traditional Japanese to halal. However, the hotel sits directly alongside a major elevated road, and rooms on the road side can experience continuous traffic noise. The elevator entrance is at street level without a secure lobby, which may be a consideration for some travellers.

Standard double and twin rooms are compact, typically around 17 m2, with limited space for opening large suitcases. Beds are on wheels and may slide on the timber floors. Bathrooms are private with a bath, shower, and bidet, but mold and dampness have been observed in some bathrooms. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, safe deposit box, electric kettle, refrigerator, and free toiletries with bathrobes. There is no daily cleaning; towels are exchanged at the lobby and trash must be taken out by guests. Windows have Venetian blinds that do not fully block morning light. Noise from the adjacent highway and trains can be audible, especially on lower floors. Suites and junior suites provide more living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. Air conditioning and heating are adjustable, but the room can become stuffy with the air conditioning off. City views from some rooms face an elevated highway. The accommodation is functional and best suited for short, budget-conscious stays where location is prioritised over luxury.

The hotel does not serve breakfast or have an in-house restaurant. A shared kitchen on the 3rd floor is equipped with a stove, microwave, and utensils for guest use. A drinks vending machine is located in the building.
