The menu includes Western, Chinese, and Japanese dishes, prepared with seasonal fish and vegetables purchased daily at the Adachi market and Kakugami fishing port. Rice is sourced directly from an eco farmer in Ishikawa Prefecture, who cultivates with minimal pesticides. Miso soup features additive-free miso.
