Located 21 km from Haneda Airport and easily reachable from Narita via the Keisei Skyliner to Nippori then one stop on the Yamanote Line to Okachimachi. From the station's south exit, the hotel is a 3-5 minute walk. The neighbourhood is lively and safe at night, with a convenience store immediately outside, many restaurants along the station approach, and the Ameyoko shopping street just a few minutes away. Akihabara is a 10-minute walk, Ueno Park and museums are within 15 minutes on foot, and Asakusa is accessible on foot or by short train ride. The JR Yamanote Line connects to Tokyo, Shinjuku, and Shibuya without transfers.

Opened in 2024, the hotel offers single, double, and twin rooms. All rooms include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and yukata. The rooms feature a tea and coffee maker and a trouser press. Sufficient floor space allows for opening a 28-inch suitcase in the hallway area, and luggage can be stored under the bed.
