Nearby restaurants include Dirty Birds, Oscars Mexican Seafood, and JRDN (all within 0.5 km). Public bus stops are close by, and the location is walkable for errands. On-site parking costs US$10 per night but is limited; street parking is also available. The area is lively but end rooms offer more quiet.

Accommodation options include double rooms with two beds, studio units, and family suites with a queen bed plus a pull-out sofa in a separate living area. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom with either a walk-in shower or a tub (some rooms have bathtubs). Select rooms offer pool views. Kitchenettes (stovetop, microwave, toaster, minifridge) are available in many units; an add-on kitchen with oven can be included for US$25+tax per night. No balconies are present. The outdoor pool is heated to approximately 28.9 °C and includes a shallow end for children, with pool towels and sun loungers available. The hot tub offers year-round use. The courtyard also has BBQ grills for guest cooking. Beach chairs and towels can be borrowed. Off-site activities such as cycling, hiking, diving, fishing, snorkeling, and windsurfing are accessible nearby. No spa or fitness centre is on the property.

WiFi is free in all areas. On-site parking costs US$10 per night and cannot be reserved (limited spaces). The front desk offers luggage storage and fax/photocopying for a fee. There is no restaurant, spa, or airport shuttle. Service animals are allowed; other pets are not. The property is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area outside the lobby.
