The resort sits directly on the Atlantic coast with a private beach. Windley Key Fossil Reef Geological State Park is 3 km away. Key West is about a 90-minute drive south, and Miami is approximately 1 hour north. Three restaurants (Whale Harbor Seafood Buffet, Wahoo's Bar and Grill, Shuck N Dive) are adjacent to the property, reachable on foot. The property is situated along the main highway through the Keys (US-1), so rooms in the standard building can experience road noise. Free parking is available on site with a reservation. No airport shuttle is offered.

All accommodations feature air conditioning, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, flat-screen cable TV, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker (no stove). Standard rooms have garden or parking-lot views; many are accessible via stairs. Ocean-view rooms and suites offer balconies with sea views. The resort features two heated saltwater pools: one open 08:00-18:00 and the other 06:30-22:30, both year-round. Each pool has a shallow end, sun loungers, towels, and a fence. A hot tub is also available. The private beach offers sun loungers, umbrellas, and games (chess, checkers, cornhole). The beach has a firm sand surface with some coral debris; the ocean is swimmable but may have seaweed. Free equipment includes kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, and fishing poles (2-hour use per day). Yoga classes are offered as well. There is no spa on site.

WiFi is complimentary throughout the property. Parking is free but requires a reservation; the $13.50 daily resort fee covers parking. Boat dockage is available for $60/day (max 0.9 m draft). The 24-hour front desk offers concierge, luggage storage, and private check-in/out. Daily housekeeping is included; full cleaning requires prior arrangement and vacating the room.
